Child-Centred Play Therapy
Play Therapy
Play Therapy helps children to explore their feelings and express themselves. It can help children to make sense of what is happening in their lives, and communicate what it feels like to be them.
Children naturally use play to learn, communicate and explore their world. Play therapy can assist children to recover from difficult life experiences, by allowing them the freedom to express themselves in a safe and trusting environment.

Parent & Child Therapy
Before I begin therapy with children I will meet with you, the parents or caregivers, without your child so that you are free to speak about your concerns and we can determine the best way to support you and your family. Sometimes it can be helpful to work with a parent and child together in the playroom.
During this special type of play therapy, I am alongside you as I teach you the skills to become your child's therapeutic partner for life. This strengthens the bond between parent and child.
